A new Pennsylvania law aimed at reducing distracted driving will take effect June 5th. Under Paul Miller’s Law, drivers caught holding a mobile phone while behind the wheel—including at stop signs or red lights—can be pulled over. The only allowed phone use is when the vehicle is fully stopped and parked.
