Chase Elliott won this weekend at Pocono International Raceway after a wild decision by NASCAR, which resulted in Denny Hamlin’s Pocono win being thrown out and runner-up and teammate Kyle Busch also was disqualified after their Toyotas failed inspections. Elliott actually finished in third place, yet he was awarded his fourth victory of the season. He never led a lap in the No. 9 Chevrolet.
