An arrest has been made in connection with a Monroe County basketball court shooting. Pocono Township police arrested 22-year-old Esthan Estrada, who they say is responsible for the shooting at the Tannersville Learning Center basketball court back on June 6th, that left one person paralyzed. Estrada is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and reckless endangering.
