A man is facing charges including attempted homicide after a shooting in the Poconos. 42 year old Tomasz Michalski is accused of shooting a 47-year-old woman in the face at a home on Resica Falls Road in Middle Smithfield Township early Monday… around 4 a.m. There has been no update on the woman’s condition.
