Big Lots is returning to East Stroudsburg. The store at Eagles Glen Plaza in Monroe County is one of 13 across Pennsylvania reopening under new ownership. Variety Wholesalers is relaunching 132 Big Lots stores nationwide, including the East Stroudsburg location, which reopens May 15. The company says shoppers can expect more brand-name deals and a new apparel section.
