In Monroe County, an investigation is now underway after a body was found face down in Brodhead Creek below the Veterans Memorial Bridge in East Stroudsburg. The body has been indentifed as that of 59 year old Kevin Bathjer, who police say was homeless. The cause and manner of death has not been determined. An autopsy is scheduled for today.
