A man was arrested after leading police on a chase through East Stroudsburg, which resulted in multiple cars being hit. A juvenile was in the passenger seat. 18 year old Xavier Moses was taken into custody, and is now facing charges including aggravated assault, fleeing police, recklessly endangering another person, and causing an accident involving damage to property.
