A young child from the Poconos who turned up missing has been found safe in Virginia. 5 year old Inez Foulk was last seen at the ShopRite in Brodheadsville, but state police now say police in Virginia found her mother… 37 year old Courtney Foulk.. along with little Inez… at a gas station off of I95. The child will remain in the custody of the Social Services Department in Virginia until Lehigh County Children and Youth Services can make arrangements to retrieve her. Her mother meanwhile, is in custody and awaiting extraditioin to Pennsylvania after authorities say she was only allowed to have supervised visits with Inez, but she was not to be alone with the child.
