State police arrested a man in Carbon County who they say was damaging property and injured his neighbors… all while he was naked. 40 yaer old Joseph Figueroa of Lansford, now faces charges including harassment, indecent exposure, damage to property, public drunkenness, corruption of minors, and use/possession of drugs.
