That escaped inmate from Luzerne County who was the subject of an intense search for the past week…. including search efforts in the Poconos… has been captured in South Carolina. The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested 25 year old Robert Vargo with his girlfriend, Amanda Saxer, near Myrtle Beach. Both are now in custody. Saxer will face hindering apprehension charges.
