An investigation into a string of vehicle thefts in Mt. Pocono has led to four people being arrested. Pocono Mountain Regional Police say 18 year old Shateek Burks and 19 year old Jahlea Gary are both in the Monroe County Jail facing a long list of charges. A 15 year old juvenile was released to his parents, and a 17 year old was also charged.
