Something free is being offered at Pennsylvania State Parks here in the Poconos. The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is supplying free sunscreen at state park beaches and swimming pools. At Tobyhanna state park, dispensers are filled with 30+ SPF BrightGuard sunscreen, which experts say will greatly reduce the potential for skin cancer.
