Gypsy Moths Expected to Be A Big Problem This Year

Here they come… Gypsy Moth caterpillars are expected to be a problem in the Poconos this year. The State Department of Environmental Conservation says they will likely be hatching in the next couple of weeks, and this year is going to be a bad one… perhaps the worst in decades. The good news though, is that most trees are strong and healthy enough to survive the defoliation.
