A meeting was held in the Poconos Thursday aimed at helping area Homeowner Associations prepare for emergencies. I all took place at the Monroe County Public Safety Center, where fire and police officials discussed the importance of HOA’s in Monroe and Pike counties having the resources and plans ready in case of any kind of emergency.
