A Jim Thorpe man is facing charges in connection with a crash that left three people from New Jersey dead in Carbon County last August. It happened in Penn Forest Township along Route 903. Pennsylvania State Police say 38-year-old Brett Knoll was driving a vehicle that crashed into the other car. On Friday, Knoll was charged with 3 felony counts of homicide by vehicle and other charges.
