Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane, who has already served jail time for leaking secret investigative files and lying about it, admitted on Monday that she violated her probation when she was arrested in Scranton for drunken driving back in March. The 55 year old Kane was sentenced to two months to a year in jail, but was given credit for time already served. She was then paroled directly to a residential treatment center for alcohol use.
