In Luzerne County, a shooter is in custody following an incident that took place Wednesday at a busy shopping center in Pittston Township. It all began yesterday around 4pm in front of Envy Nail Salon near Walmart. A 20-year-old woman was injured and taken to the hospital. The name of the suspect has not been released.
