A man has surrendered to police following a hit-and-run that injured a woman in October 2024. Robert Miller allegedly hit the woman near 4th and Main Streets in Stroudsburg around 2 a.m., stopping briefly to apologize before driving away. The victim was hospitalized. Miller admitted to the collision and was reportedly driving with a suspended license.
