The Monroe County control center kicked off a special program to recognize April as 911 Education Month, and now dispatchers have a new initiative. It’s being called ‘donuts with a dispatcher’ and it includes visits with community members who can come to the center and sit down with a dispatcher to learn all about 911 calls.
