Three men, including a Monroe County Courthouse worker, have been charged with harassing a sheriff’s office employee. 27 year old Joshua Moxam; 27 year old Elijah Hargrove; and 22 year old Alexander Santos allegedly used surveillance and threats, even intercepting a private phone call. Moxam also destroyed evidence and misled investigators. They face felony charges, including obstruction, terroristic threats, and harassment.
