Monroe County has finalized the sale of Pleasant Valley Manor to Outcome Healthcare for $3.05 million. The deal, announced by the Board of Commissioners on March 27, comes after the county decided to privatize operations due to rising costs. The nursing home has been a part of Monroe County’s healthcare services for years.
