A Monroe County man is out on unsecured bail after being charged in two separate cases involving minors. State police say 35-year-old Eric Fisher gave alcohol to two underage girls and later sexually assaulted a 10-year-old multiple times. Charges include indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children. His next court date is May 14.
