The Department of Justice says a special agent from the Poconos ripped off the government to the tune of more than $$260K. 48 year old Thomas Hartley of Henryville, is facing multiple counts of fraud, including 10 counts of wire fraud, two counts of mail fraud, two counts of theft of government funds, and four counts of filing false statements. Hartley worked as a Special Agent with the United States Department of Labor. If convicted, he faces the possibility of decades behind bars.
