The rain held off in the Poconos Saturday morning, allowing the Monroe Farmer’s Market to be a little more enjoyable that the season opening one week ago, when it poured. The farmers market is now open on Courthouse Square in downtown Stroudsburg each Saturday from 8 to noon through this fall, offering just about anything and everything fresh. This year marks its 43rd year of operation.
