Tomorrow, the Veterans of the Vietnam War, PA Post 57, will hold a flag replacement ceremony at Dreher Avenue Cemetery. Then on Sunday, the Monroe County Veterans Association will host a parade, beginning at 1 p.m. at Stroudsburg High School and ending at Dansbury Park. East Stroudsburg University will hold its 16th annual celebration on Veterans Day, November 11, at 1 p.m.
