Stroudsburg Area School District will soon begin tracking student movement by using a service called SmartPass, and that has some parents up in arms. The new digital pass would replace the old method of students being issued a manual paper pass. SmartPass will already be embedded in student’s Chromebook when they receive them on the first day of school.
