Some folks here in the Poconos say they are worried about a proposed warehouse. The Pocono Township Planning Commission is looking at a proposal that would allow Core5 industrial partners to build a warehouse between Stadden and Warner Roads near Tannersville. The site is about a half mile off Route 611. The proposed building would be roughly the size of 12 football fields. Residents nearby say they believe the development would destroy wetlands and they have concerns about flooding.
