If you didn’t do it, time is up…. Friday was the final day to apply for the PA Marijuana Pardon Project. More than 3,000 people here in Pennsylvania have applied for marijuana pardons since the project launched on September 1st, when Pennsylvanians convicted of Possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use were eligible to begin applying through the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons.
