Senior citizens and individuals with permanent disabilities who qualify for the state’s Property Tax and Rent Rebate program can now begin looking for their one-time bonus payments to arrive. Payments to eligible applicants who are set up to receive their rebates via direct deposit began Tuesday. Paper checks will be mailed starting Friday.
