Lawmakers in Harrisburg have addressed what many have long said is a dangerous situation. Pennsylvania drivers will soon be legally required to clear their car of snow or ice before taking off after the legislation was passed unanimously and then signed into law by Governor Tom Wolf. The new law takes effect in 60 days, well ahead of our next winter storm.
