Someone went to great length to make sure nobody parked in a dirt covered pull off area in one part of Pennsylvania. State Police at Selinsgrove, say somebody tosed hundreds of nails and staples on the ground in Snyder County, where they caused a lot of flat tires. They say the landowner knew nothing about it. So far, no arrests.
