A Pennsylvania State Trooper has pleaded guilty to stealing evidence. Corporal Brian Rickard admitted stealing drugs from the evidence room and ingesting them while on the job, and then using office computers to hide what he did. The plea comes after an investigation that was launched by the Wayne County District Attorney’s Office after Corporal Rickard was found in a compromised condition and unable to perform his normal duties while at work.
