In what some say they viewed as a warning shot, on Thursday, Pennsylvania acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman asked for patience when it comes to getting primary election results next week. Chapman said yesterday that some outcomes likely won’t be immediately known. Chapman said state officials are now expecting it may take “a few days” for counties to make sure they are counting every vote.
