New Laws May Govern E-bikes in PA
There could soon be some new guidelines on e-bikes. State regulators are considering new laws that would affect where you can ride them, how large the motor can be, and how fast they can go. They say it’s because sales of the electric bikes have gone up along with the rise in gasoline prices.
