The State of Idaho objects to Bryan Kohberger’s motion for a change of venue, and now is asking the court to schedule a trial date in the murder case. Kohberger… from here in the Poconos… is accused of killing four University of Idaho students. His attorneys said they wanted the jury to be pulled from outside of Latah County, Idaho… claiming a fair and impartial jury can’t be found in that county. The state of Idaho however, says the motion for a change in venue was “premature.”
