Federal authorities have indicted a Monroe County couple on fentanyl and heroin trafficking charges connected to three fatal overdoses. Prosecutors say 30 year old James Cullen and 31 year old Michelle Ferranti of Bartonsville, distributed drugs nationwide and overseas using the Dark Web, with victims identified in Alaska, Georgia, and Vermont.
