A Pennsylvania man is facing 33 felony charges for possessing AI-generated child sexual abuse material—the first case prosecuted under the state’s new deepfake law. Investigators say 22-year-old Luke Teipel of York County had 29 AI-generated files and other explicit images on his devices.
