An arrest warrant has been issued for a Pennsylvania vendor accused of failing to deliver 500 pre-paid T-shirts and decals for a 9/11 memorial motorcycle ride. 36 year old Michael Ritter runs Mike’s Custom Apparel and Gifts in the Williamsport area. Ritter now faces theft and deceptive practice charges filed by state police. The items were intended for participants in the annual memorial ride held earlier this month, that honors the victims of the 9/11 attacks and supports related causes.
