Frazetta’s Costumes in East Stroudsburg is experiencing its busiest season yet as Halloween approaches, but this year the popular store has introduced a $10 cover charge to enter. Owner Bill Frazetta, who has run the shop since 1981, says he implemented the fee due to increasing issues with shoplifters. The charge can be applied to same-day purchases, while children accompanied by an adult can enter for free.
