The East Stroudsburg Area School District faces a federal lawsuit after a six-year-old boy with non-verbal autism was violently attacked on a school bus. According to the suit filed by the child’s parents, the boy was strapped in his seat when an older student with behavioral issues assaulted him while the driver failed to intervene. The suit claims the boy sustained severe injuries, including a traumatic brain injury.
