A Northeastern PA man faces charges after allegedly firing a gun during a dispute over washing dishes. It happened in Lackawanna County… in Carbondale, where police responded to find 47-year-old Frank Kleinbauer claiming that his wife had fired a gun with blanks. However, the victim told officers that Kleinbauer attacked after his mother scolded him for refusing to wash the dishes… firing a real firearm. He has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person.
