A man from New York City has been hit with child sex charges here in the Poconos. Zion Isom is being held responsible for a number of sexual assaults that took place in the Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg areas. Isom was taken into custody Wednesday morning in the Bronx by U.S. Marshals, who brought him back to Pennsylvania to face rape charges.
