A new coffee shop and cat lounge is coming to Stroudsburg this summer. Cozy Kitty Café will offer coffee, local treats, and a lounge full of adoptable rescue cats. The café has plans to open in late May or early June. Visitors will be able to enjoy coffee and socializing with cats, with proceeds going to the care of the animals.
