The Monroe County Coroner has identified two victims of a deadly fire at the Wander Inn Bar & Grill in East Stroudsburg. 34 year old Jennifer Lugo and 42 year old Ashton Patterson were found dead inside the building after flames broke out early Wednesday. Neighbors and a police officer rescued two other residents from the burning apartments. Three others were injured, along with several firefighters. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
