Fire crews say the large brush fire on Bear Mountain near Jim Thorpe is now 95% contained. The Packerton fire as it has come to be known, which started Saturday near Packerton Junction, has burned 560 acres. Crews are using controlled burns to stop its spread. Nearby trails remain closed
