PPL Settlement In Billing Issue Complaints

After receiving complaints from customers, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission has revised its proposed settlement with PPL Electric Utilities over billing issues. The settlement includes requiring PPL to contribute $1 million to its hardship fund and provide more detailed reporting on billing problems.
