Equipment Failure Takes Out Power For Thousands
Met-Ed has been working hard to restore power to over 13,000 customers… many in Monroe County… after an equipment failure caused widespread outages. As of 3:40 p.m. Sunday, fewer than 20 outages remained in Northampton County, with Monroe County fully restored. The outages according to the utility, were not weather-related.
