Damage To Coolbaugh Twp Home Leads To Arrest Of Monroe County Man
A Monroe County man is facing multiple charges after breaking into a home in Coolbaugh Township early Monday. Police say Daniel Celban, whose Airbnb contract was canceled, returned to the property, broke a window, and climbed in. The home was severely damaged by flooding caused by running water.
