PA Spending $10M To Replace Outdated Voter Registration System
Pennsylvania will invest $10 million to replace its outdated voter registration system. The new Civix system will provide election results, manage campaign finances, and improve voter registration, aiming to be fully operational by 2028. State officials say the upgrade is necessary to modernize election management across the state.

Authorities found blood evidence in his car connecting him to both victims. Neal pleaded guilty and will serve life in prison.
